| Denise is the principle property owner of the centennial farm which is Fun Acres. Denise has been a business owner and entrepreneur of multiple ventures for over 20 years that are still thriving today. These businesses represent a wide range of retail, residential and commercial holdings. As a hands on business owner, Denise oversees the day to day operations of the farm as well as managing the business side of Fun Acres. |

| Shelley is a Real Estate Professional, who has focused on the many aspects of real estate and financial management. Shelley has developed a special niche in events coordinating and has produced private parties, comedy shows, and other community activities. Shelley’s husbands birthday is October 30th so Halloween and fall activities have blossomed into big events that have entertained hundreds over the years. Partnering with Denise has produced an opportunity to expand into an exciting new venture. |

| These two energetic, business focused, artistic women have created a partnership to develop Fun Acres into a Family Friendly Fun Farm. Denise and Shelley have successfully raised 8 children between them and are now excited to pursue this project which has been the subject of conversation for many years between them.
